Top user-friendly linux distros for newbies.

  W hat's up guys? In this post we'll see the best linux distributions for new linux users. So let's see - (They are not in a particular order:) If you're coming from macOS and have some experience with command line you won't have issues in any Debian Okay guys, this is the first one. I basically prefer this over ubuntu as it's less bloated. It uses apt as it's package manager. It's stable version has very old repos but I prefer the testing edition. It is super stable and hardly breaks. You can get gnome or kde or xfce depending on your choice. So if you're a newbie, go with this but there are some cons too.(Mentioned below) The installation process is a bit tedious than there in ubuntu and Linux mint etc but not as tough as in arch and gentoo. How to install Arch Linux on a UEFI system.

  S o, I think You've understood what I'm trying to convey here. I started with arch Linux coz I found very few guides on the web which are simple and updated. So let's start.   Here is what you'll need - Arch Linux iso   Balena etcher - Depending on your current OS.  A fast internet connection as net install method is used here. Patience Warning - This is not as easy as other distros such as Debian and fedora. We'll work with the command line here. Do it at your own risk. 1.   Get the ISO and create a bootable media for UEFI(GPT partitioned. Get the iso and create your install media. I hope you know how to.( If you don't, then forget arch. It's probably not for you.) After this, we got to boot into the USB. 2.  Installation Now let's boot into it. Make sure secure boot is disabled and you're booting in UEFI. Select Arch Linux X86_64 when asked. This guide is not focusing on multiboot but all you need to do is not to meddle with windows partition....

Basic Raspberry Pi 4 based PC.

B uilding a PC is always interesting. Well for most of us it's very time taking too. Not in this case. Building a Raspberry Pi based PC is very cheap and easy. Well, don't hope more than a basic PC for browsing, etc here. We'll be doing an ultimate RPI4 PC build in the next tutorial. Pre-requisites - A Raspberry Pi 4  -  Amazon US A Fair SD Card  -   Amazon US At least 16 GB USB Drive  -  Amazon US   A case for RPI 4  -  Amazon US Extras  - Ethernet, heatsinks. (find it on amazon) PC building - Well, let's start now. First, we'll start by creating installing the OS. I hope you have got the OS preloaded in the SD card. If not check it out here in the  official documentation . Now we need to put the SD card in the Pi, connect the heatsink, and mount the pi in the case.
